Participants will be guided to connect to their body, slowly/gently moving from standing or sitting while intention-setting for 5-10 minutes. We review what to expect during the Breathwork session (approx 40 minutes). Guiding the Breath, Jen will observe participants and offer suggestions, as well as optional touch, to encourage participants to breathe fully into the respiratory diaphragm, the side body, and expand the breath into the belly. Breathwork helps energy flow through the meridians and energy centers of the body. Acknowledging and breathing through what comes up (thoughts, memories, emotions) throughout the session can result in the body feeling lighter or more open.
